Thank you to everyone who was able to take the time to join us virtually yesterday, Nov. 20, for the Fall 2025 Action Network to Elevate Teaching (ANET) convening!

It was wonderful to reconnect with so many of you. When asked what your takeaway from the brief progress update, we generated the following word cloud--highlighting the importance of working together, through this movement, to elevate the teaching profession.

We also heard from our partners, TeachMN and the UpLift Movement about the important resources and programming they provide to support individuals who are on the teacher journey. TeachMN is well positioned to connect individuals interested in exploring the profession with teacher preparation providers. UpLift offers mentorship for teachers of color, recognizing the importance and impact of culturally sustaining mentorship for our BIPOC teachers who are growing and thriving in the profession.
