Youth as Champions (YAC) is an asynchronous cohort involving high school and college-aged youth from geographically and diverse backgrounds in Minnesota. Participating youth are empowered to see themselves as part of the solution to diversify the teacher workforce.

In this program, YAC participants learn how to create impactful social media about elevating the teaching profession.
