This conference is the premier gathering of private and independent school leaders across Minnesota. Whether you are a new school leader eager to expand your network or a seasoned veteran looking for fresh new ideas, this is the place for you. Looking to recharge after the first month of school? This conference is the place for you.

Minndependent is seeking engaging breakout session proposals that address today’s most pressing challenges and opportunities in schools. Topics may include (but are not limited to) leadership development, innovation, operations, student support, advancement, strategic planning, marketing/communications, and emerging trends. Sessions should provide practical strategies, actionable insights, and real-world best practices that leaders can implement in their schools.

All interested presenters and community partners must complete the SESSION PROPOSAL FORM before June 30, 2026, for your session to be considered for the 2026 School Leadership. Breakout sessions typically last 75 minutes.
