This is HEART work, and none of us carries it alone.
Since our last newsletter in November, it has been a heavy season for Minnesota’s educational community. Educators, students, families, and neighbors have been carrying grief, uncertainty, and ongoing challenges.
And still, educators continue to show up with care and courage. At Elevate Teaching, we are grateful for the people and partnerships that sustain this work. In this issue, we share a few recent highlights and resources we are continuing to build in support of the educator journey from Explore, Become to Grow and Thrive.
Would you like to share a story of courage and hope? Share anonymously or claim your voice. We want to elevate YOU by featuring your experience.

A few highlights from this work are shared in the attached document.
