Join the Action Network to Elevate Teaching
The Action Network to Elevate Teaching (ANET) brings together educators, community members, and partners from across Minnesota to share experiences, build connections, and advance collective action to elevate the teaching profession. Through convenings, storytelling, and collaboration, the network helps strengthen the teacher journey, support educator wellbeing, and inform strategies for recruiting and retaining a diverse teacher workforce.
Action Network Convenings (ANET)
The Action Network to Elevate Teaching (ANET) convenes quarterly, bringing together educators, advocates, and partners to connect, share ideas, and collaborate on solutions to challenges facing the teaching profession.
Each gathering explores topics related to the teacher journey, educator wellbeing, and systems change, while building relationships and strengthening partnerships across Minnesota's education ecosystem.

Circles
Circles are small-group conversations that create space for storytelling, connection, healing, and collaborative problem-solving. An action network Circle typically brings together 8–10 participants for 75–90 minutes to reflect on personal experiences, celebrate the impact of teaching, and explore opportunities for change.
Circles engage students, parents, educators, and other community influencers, with an emphasis on voices from communities of color and American Indian communities. The stories and insights shared help inform Elevate Teaching's messaging, outreach, and broader movement-building efforts.
